We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You??l also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we??e received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you??l be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

• The "Dragging" Effect: The extra 2 feet of length allows the backdrop to sweep onto the floor seamlessly, creating that professional high-end studio look.

Tip: Always allow at least 3-4 feet of distance between your subject and the backdrop to prevent shadows and create beautiful depth.

One of the greatest advantages of Haboke microfiber is its durability. Here is how to maintain your investment for years of professional use.

Washing Instructions:

• Machine Wash: Use cold or lukewarm water with a mild, bleach-free detergent.
• Wash Solo: Wash backdrops individually to prevent pilling from other fabrics.

Drying & De-Wrinkling:

• Tumble Dry: Use a low-heat setting. The movement in the dryer helps the fibers relax and stay smooth.
• Steamers: If a persistent crease occurs, a standard handheld garment steamer on the reverse side works perfectly.

Storage:

• Folding: It is perfectly safe to fold our microfiber. Store in a cool, dry place.
• Hanging: For best results, hang your backdrop on a stand for 24 hours before a major shoot to let any storage lines naturally fall out.
