10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict of laws.

  • Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, it will be submitted to the courts of Nantong, Jiangsu Province.

11. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Please review this page regularly.
