2. Currency & Billing

  • Prices on our website are displayed in the currency of the region you select at checkout.

  • Your credit card or payment provider may apply a foreign-transaction fee if billing in a different currency; please check with your bank.

3. Buy Now, Pay Later Terms

  • Klarna: Available for orders over US$50 (or equivalent). Payments are split into 4 interest-free installments due every two weeks.

  • Afterpay / Clearpay: Available for orders over US$35. Payments are split into 4 interest-free installments due every two weeks.

  • Approval is subject to the lender’s standard credit checks and terms. Late or missed payments may incur fees—please review Klarna’s or Afterpay’s full terms on their websites.

4. Order Confirmation & Invoicing

  • Once your payment is approved, you will receive an order confirmation email with invoice details.

  • For business or wholesale accounts, VAT-inclusive invoices are available upon request.

5. Refunds & Chargebacks

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after your return is processed.

  • For purchases made via PayPal, Klarna, or Afterpay/Clearpay, refunds will be handled in accordance with their policies—typically by reversing the transaction or adjusting your upcoming installments.

  • If you dispute a charge directly with your card issuer or PayPal, please notify us immediately so we can assist in resolving any issues.
