Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalized products.

Items marked “final sale.”
3. Free Outbound Shipping

All outbound shipping from us to you is free of charge. You do not pay shipping fees for delivery of your order.
4. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item, damaged in transit), we will provide a prepaid return label and cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size/color), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless otherwise stated in a special promotion.
5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
