We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Haboke Backdrops. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Items marked “final sale.”

3. Free Outbound Shipping

  • All outbound shipping from us to you is free of charge. You do not pay shipping fees for delivery of your order.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item, damaged in transit), we will provide a prepaid return label and cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size/color), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless otherwise stated in a special promotion.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

6. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at support@habokebackdrop.com.

  • Exchanges follow the same rules as returns in terms of eligibility and return shipping costs.

7. How to Request a Return

  • Email support@habokebackdrop.com with your order number, photos (if applicable), and reason for return.

  • We will provide detailed return instructions and, if eligible, a prepaid shipping label.
